VETRO VIVO | Return and Refund Policy

- If the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or we deliver the incorrect order, we will provide a full refund or exchange, provided the product has not been used/worn/damaged.

- Goods must be returned in its original packaging

- Refund or exchange only provided within 30 days from the date of the package received.

- If you have changed your mind or you don't like the product and you wish to obtain an exchange or a refund:

a) Returned film must be in its original conditions

b) Pre-cut sizes film are not refundable or exchangeable

c) The cost of return shipping cannot be refunded, and we are unable to refund the original shipping charge incurred when the goods were initially sent out. .

- If there are any prices that we believe are incorrectly listed, we unconditionally reserve the right to withdraw the sale/transaction and provide a full refund.  

 - Free squeegee for film orders only, excludes P&H charges. One for each customer regardless number of orders/transactions.

- Free squeegee on a first-come, first-served basis, until they are all handed out.
